These terms govern use of trueaspect.online, published by KLIMA Z.A.I., s.r.o., Tyršova 354, Vodňany II, 389 01 Vodňany, Czech Republic, registered number 26075776, tax/VAT number CZ26075776. Reading the site indicates acceptance of them.
What this site is for
True Aspect publishes general reference material about antivirus and consumer security concepts. It is informational. It is not professional security advice, not legal advice, not financial advice, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified person who knows the reader's circumstances. Nothing here should be acted on as though it were tailored to a particular situation, and decisions with consequences — for a business, for money, or during an incident — warrant proper advice.
Accuracy and currency
Entries are written with care and reviewed on a rolling basis, and the date of the most recent review appears in the footer of every page. Even so, the subject changes, and so does the law. Product details in particular change without notice: features, platform support, licence terms and prices are set by the vendor, not by this site, and must be confirmed on the vendor's own site before any purchase. The entry describing a specific product records only what the vendor states and marks the rest as not stated.
No warranty is given that the content is complete, current or free of error. Where an error is identified, it is corrected — corrections are welcome at info@trueaspect.online.
Links to other sites
This site links to sites operated by others, including official Australian bodies and the website of a product it has a paid affiliate relationship with. Those sites are outside the control of KLIMA Z.A.I., s.r.o., which is not responsible for their content, their availability, their security or their practices. Any purchase made on another site is a contract between the reader and that seller. KLIMA Z.A.I., s.r.o. is not a party to it and cannot assist with orders, subscriptions, billing, renewals, refunds or support.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies. Those guarantees apply regardless of anything written here.
To the extent that the law permits a limitation, the liability of KLIMA Z.A.I., s.r.o. arising from use of this site or reliance on its content is limited, at its option, to supplying the relevant content again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Beyond that, and again only so far as the law permits, KLIMA Z.A.I., s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of this site.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The effective date above changes when they are, and the version published here at the time of reading is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where KLIMA Z.A.I., s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. This does not displace any protection available to a reader in Australia under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections of the reader's place of residence, and does not prevent a reader from bringing a matter before a regulator or court in their own country where the law allows it. Information about Australian consumer rights is published by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au.
